These terms cover your use of Scusi. By using Scusi, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
What Scusi is
Scusi is a free tool that helps you find nearby restrooms by combining data sources with community verification. It's for information and convenience.
Restroom information isn't a guarantee. Locations, hours, access, availability and cleanliness can be wrong or change at any time. A spot shown as available may be closed, private or out of order. Always use your own judgment. Scusi isn't responsible for what you do or don't find at any location.
The Court: community contributions
If you contribute (endorsing, adding or confirming spots), you're responsible for posting accurately and in good faith. You give Scusi permission to display and share your contributions as part of the map. Please don't submit false, misleading or abusive content. We may review, edit or remove contributions and suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Scusi. That means no scraping or bulk-extracting our data, no interfering with the service, no impersonation and nothing illegal or harmful.
Our brand and data
The Scusi name, wordmark and design are ours. The underlying restroom data comes from third-party and open sources credited on our Data & attribution page and remains subject to those sources' licenses.
Service provided "as is"
Scusi is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be accurate, available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scusi and its team aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from relying on any restroom information.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
