Common questions
Your map goes live about 30 days before your event and stays live and updated for a week past your event before it comes down. Every map covers a single event, so if yours returns each year we relaunch it for the new date at a returning-partner rate.
Yes. For places that draw visitors year round rather than on a single date, we set the map up as an ongoing sponsorship. You can request a season or the full year with the option to renew.
The annual map keeps your everyday restroom picture current all year. A marquee event like New Year's Eve is a different level of work, with temporary units, crowd routing and real-time updates, so we handle those as an event activation on top of the map. We can work with you on preferred rates for your events.
Yes. Annual sponsorships include a refresh each quarter, so as venues open, close or move, your map keeps up.
Every event is shaped differently, so the packages start at a set price and we can finalize once we understand your requirements. Annual and seasonal sponsorships are quoted per destination. Please complete the request form and we'll reach out.
